To leave or stay...
It’s tempting to leave.. to avoid the here and now- to in a brief glimpse KNOW the moment in front of you WILL be… beautiful, hard, fumbling…Full of so many layers there is no way to predict or control how it will come into shape. To leave is tempting.
But to stay.. oh to stay. To surrender control, avoidance and fear… to ride the moment, to witness the unfolding with all its layers come into crescendo, to know that at any instant you will be called to respond from your highest self.
Will you stay?
Will you lean in, bear witness and join with the magic of all that is encompassed in this NOW?
I hope you stay. I hope you breathe in all that your life wants to give and show you. I hope you fumble through. I hope you mess up, laugh, apologize and learn.
I hope that someday soon, the moments of leaving, of being in two places at once are too much to bear and you make the brave choice to call yourself back home.
You have all that you need within you to be a part of this beautiful, messy expansive ride of NOW. In fact, not only do you have all that you need, but YOU are needed.
Open your eyes. Stay. Bear Witness. You are beautiful.
